Assistant Guidance
What your team knows that the catalog does not: the words customers actually use, which products should always be considered, and the rules a proposal has to respect. Notes can never add a product outside the retrieved candidates, change a price, or override a pricing rule.
When does a note actually do something?
Step 1 — Finding productsThe catalog is searched once for each requirement taken from the call, and every product comes back with a score for how well it matched the words searched for. Nothing outside what comes back here can ever be recommended, and the score decides which candidates survive the caps and in what order the assistant sees them.Teach it words customers useAlways consider a specific product
Step 2 — Choosing what to recommendThe assistant picks from what step 1 found, sets quantities and explains why. Notes here are advice it has to weigh — they cannot add a product, a price, or an availability.A rule proposals must respectSomething true about one account
Step 3 — Writing the proposalThe customer-facing text is written. Notes here change wording only, never a number. How proposals should be written
A note is loaded only when it is active, when its trigger words match, and when the account matches if it names one. At most 20 notes are used on one proposal: notes with no trigger words first, then the ones applied most often, then the newest. Every note below shows how often it has actually been used.Loading…
